Subscription and refunds

Price

One subscription per club: A$19.99 per month or A$199 per year. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Every feature is included, with unlimited teams, scorers and devices.

Free trial

New clubs get 30 days of full access from the day the club is created, with no card needed. If you subscribe during the trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends, not before. When the trial ends, the club's app locks until a subscription is active. Public pages stay visible. Creating a new account to get another trial is not allowed.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe will try again. If it still cannot be paid, the club's app locks until payment is made. Your data is not deleted.

Price changes

We will email the account holder at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You can cancel before then.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in the club desk, or by emailing admin@scorespike.com.au. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the club locks, but we keep your data so you can come back. Ask us if you would like it deleted.

Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law you have rights that cannot be excluded. If the service has a major failure or is not as described, you can ask for a refund.

On top of that, if you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, email admin@scorespike.com.au and we will refund that charge in full. Outside that window, monthly and annual payments are not refunded for unused time, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
